ninga: Allunghi su tacche, riposo, finale di resistenza su buone prese. Provata tanto l'anno scorso dove cadevo sempre all'ultimo passo, alla fine era diventata mentale, oggi al secondo quasi in scioltezza. La testa fa sempre la differenza :-)
